Back to Life......

I'm back! But probably not for long.  It's a little something I lilke to call my JOB...so dumb. Now that I'm married can't I just stay home and cook and clean or something?? Haha. The wedding turned out AMAZING and we had a blast on our honeymoon.  I look forward to posting about some of the projects at the wedding and some pictures, too! Here's one of our honeymoon pics..

To-do List

I'm feeling very inpsired by all the blogs I've been reading lately and I have like one million things that I would love to do!  Seeing as I'm pretty new to the crafting scene it'd probably be best to start slow. :)  Here's a little to-do list of some priority projects I would like to accomplish:

1. Cover lamp shade with fabric.

{this is our exiting lamp shade. it's white but def needs some pazzaz} maybe I'll bedazzle it? :)

2.  Paint and/or fabric our existing mirror for the dining room. 

3. Create a wall hanging for behind the couch

Our new place

I finally got the curtains up in the living room {with Jeremy's help}, so I thought I would share some pics! This is one side of our living room - looks so much better with the curtains! I'm thinking of doing some new blinds on the door.. more to come on that!

Here is the other side of our living room - with the new couch! It's VERY comfy.  I'm really thinking I need something to hang behind it though..
